Used to do it daily as well. Was quite 'addicted' to it till to the extend that diy 3 times per day. At times, go up to 5 or 6 times...
Tuned down a lot, and currently maybe once a week, or once every fortnight.
If got gf, will not diy... Maybe ask her hj/bj ba
