I can go up to 3 times a day on average honestly, the shortest break between faps was about 20-30 minutes before I went again. (Bearing in mind that I had gone a full month of abstinence due to work)
I've toned down to maybe once daily and the occasional 2-3 times depending on what happens, it doesn't take much to set me off.
