Not Bad.. But my answer is Kill 3 Birds with 1 Stone.
First I will get an Umbrella and get out of the car and walk towards the doc and ask him why he is not driving today. He said his car broke down today. So I will pass him the car keys and at the same time ask him to do me a favour and take the nanny with him for a medical assitance since he is going to the hospital now.
