No need to buy Spanish Fly when you can buy generic Viagra along the pharmacies in Sukhumvit road.
There is Kamagra which comes from India and they are not counterfeit or fake. You can buy either a pack of 4 pills or in gel form in sachets. One sachet is one dose. Cost for the 4 pill pack (100mg) is about 300 baht (S$12). The single dose sachet may cost 100 baht so the pill is more value for money.
You can also buy the Thai generic Viagra called Sidegra. Costs 200 baht for 4 pills for 100 mg strength.
