Was very informative, will explain why pain and sore.
Even taught some kegel exercises and what tonic drinks to improve kidney functions.
Massage was ok-good. I’m very hard to please when it comes to massage.
Massage lady Leah was playful and entertaining though.
Dmg: 140 for 1 hr massage + treatment.
