The nobu hotel that I know of is in Pasay (city of dreams) and actually there are FLs that will be roaming the casinos and restos there, you will be able to spot them. The clubs in Pasay will be expensive, most likely not a place for someone that hasn't been around yet, the only safe place would be EDSA Complex, just hop in any cab and tell him take you to the complex. If I remember correctly, bf is about 2900, and tip well every guy and gal is different, but I would expect 2-5K, but you will need to negotiate.
