Not too surprising but Havana has been on the decline for years now. I think the prominence of online dating apps was already killing it for years. The first time I went to Havana (in 2015) I didn't think it was good even then. Lots of Bakla would hang out near the Starbucks there.
The Philippines government seems intent on destroying its economy. The covid regulations are an overreaction and ineffectual. I see maybe 30% dead businesses in some areas. The Philippines will be financially recovering from this for a long time. This is what happens when you have generally incompetent people managing things.
