Lots of shooting don't get reported, as I said before.

Two years ago in an exclusive sub division in Subic, there was armed robbery. Cops refused to file charges because no CCTV etc etc.

Two years later another incident happened to another resident

Previous victim said yeah it happened to them too before

Mayor's office threatened the first victim saying no such incident happened, because no records in police.

And subsequently tried to deport the foreigner for false accusations
