Hi, Bro justhorny,
the logic is that once you up or zap a bro, you cannot up or zap that bro again until you have upped 1000 other Bros.
So what I do is copy the list of Latest Reputation Received and Latest Reputation Given and paste it in a spreadsheet.
Then I will know, how long before I can up a Bro again.
For Example, i explained this to Bro loneyheart.
you have upped me twice.
