It was tough initially to stop myself from going back cheonging. I implemented the following mindset/measures.

Financially: I measured what $60 can give me that makes sense. Thats half a month of my 2 kids pocket money. or i could buy a PS5 game (with a bit of top up). Or i could treat my family 4 mcDonald's meals for that month etc. All that vs a 25-30 min euphoria (and post nut clarity)?

Physiology: i started going out for morning slow runs. started with 1km, then 2.5km, then 4km, 5km. After 1 year, i am now running 4km to 7km on weekday mornings (2-3 times) + a 14km long run on Sat or Sun. I do still think of sex. But i realised that the horniness goes off after 3 days. And i can go on without pcc for 6 days, with totally zero urge. But of course, it can only last a short while.

Psychology: So after not pcc for about a week, i felt that i needed to clean my pipe. I experimented with ways to max out my enjoyment and i come back to this forum to read the saucy stories, field reports and see the Dome pics, without touching myself. Then, i'll just indulge in porn and do my thing. About 20 minutes of edging later, i can get extreme mind blown orgasm. Even better than what ML/FL can give. Once the pipe cleared, the monkey brain will come back within 2 hours to crave for action again. so mindset goes back to Financial part to try dissuade myself.

After 1 year though, i might come back cheong, but only because i forgot what it feels like haha.
