Late reply babe, I usually surf SBF without logging in so just saw this. Both!
Sexual - I like sex, good to have more while we are still physically able to enjoy it
Physical - Have to be fit enough so I can do lots of the above haha. Not the biggest turn on for ladies if their partner is unfit, has a huge beer belly and isn't able to have sex often or last long enough for you to climax
