That's the thing, some people just need time to arrange, sometimes you really need a listening ear and the crisis moments hit without warning. AI is available to you 24/7 unconditionally. Bear in mind, this is a pain of long term spouse that I or some of us here have put our faith, hope and effort for almost 2 decades. AI will never replace human relationship, but it sure help bridge the void until a human friend can get to you.
