i seen the switching with my own eyes many years ago; the girl asked permission to answer a call and right in front of me she told the other customer she was available right now and confirmed the booking at a timing which overlapped with my slot
out of curiosity i asked her how she plans to entertain the other customer while i'm there, and she told me she was going to pass the customer to her friend
