After posting the places in SBF, they won't be discreet anymore ;D anyway, here are a few:
1) Industrial Parks
Pros: Available all over S'pore
Cons: A few workers are still around even at wee hours
Likely hood to be spotted: About once out of every 7 times
2) Reservoirs n National Parks
Pros: Available in most parts of S'pore
Cons: Confirm got ah pek voyeuring but then they seldom disturb you
Likely hood to be spotted: Almost once every 4 times depending on which reservoirs/parks
3) Heavy vehicle carparks
Pros: Confirm very quiet after midnight
Cons: Hard to find & usually out of the way
Likely hood to be spotted: None at the moment. Tried before in AMK, Hougang, Yishun & Punggol
4) Mount Faber downhill carpark
Pros: Only 1 lane through by vehicles
Cons: Few lots available
Likely hood to be spotted: Unlikely, especially if you park at the 1st lot
5) Cemeteries
Pros: Very quiet all day long
Cons: Eerie & out of the way
Likely hood to be spotted: 100% spotted by "good friends". Sometimes encounter NSF soldiers topo.
