Bro, simple.. think of this as.. if u dun make ur mind work hard at times, ur brains will just be as usual.. at old age, u will start to realise ur mental health going down the hill.. when we challenge our minds, we actually trigger more of our brain cells to work.. that's besides the normal brain cells that we use day to day..
We do not fully utilize the entire brain, only a small portion is in use.. the rest will be in dormant mode until they are triggered.. there have been ongoing research on this as human brain is like a big mystery that has yet to be figured out completely..
