Just saying, grey matter = brain (since the brain is grey in colour). So how can it possibly be possible that you kill grey matter while "
keeping ur mind mentally challenged from time to time.. that way, can reduce the amount of grey matters in our brains.."
Cause according to our common sense, reduction of grey matter would mean a degeneration of the brain. But keeping the mind aka the brain active, shouldn't it enhance, or at least maintain the brain?
Your statement leaves us bewildered.
