Bro, actually for girls, cannnot anyhow use soap and wash the vagina, if there is bacteria, by putting a finger or two up there to wash, just pushing the bacteria further, and instead of just urinary tract infection, may even get pelvic inflammatory disease (PID).
I kenna that by thinking I should be ultra clean. End up so salah, gynae scold me and told me stop douching. Washed away all the good bacteria how to fight bad ones?
The female body works in such a way that just by using water, with the bodily fluids and frequent urination, no bacteria should set in.
With PID, fever and pain very jialat one.
Also, not all soaps are suitable for vaginal area, because of PH level. This is from my own experience, where i am very sensitive and cannot anyhow just take any soap and wash, even the exterior, so hope you understand, what girls can do is use a proper soap to wash exterior and lots of water...
