hi sammyboyregular, as you have mentioned only when you ejaculate your sperm inside girl will have problem, have you try to request doctor to take your sperm and then cultivate for a period of time and run test on your sperm
example: take your sperm and cultivate any know (bacteria/virus) in lab until the traces of bacteria/virus are plenty enough to be tested.
most test cannot provide accurate result when the traces of substance is too low. hence give a false positive.
By cultivating your sperm for any know or unknown (bacteria/virus). test can be done more accurately or even can be put under microscope to determine its origin. (but those procedure are quite expensive and only certain laboratory have such equipment)
