How old are you?
How frequently do you PCC?

Are you friends elevating to physical level or is there a mutual physical attraction?
Firstly, your problem could be medically related. Go to your doctor and ask for a blood test. Specifically ask to check your Testosterone hormone levels. This is more common with older men >40. You can get hormone gels or a long lasting testosterone shot to fix the problem. This fixed my problem, as men get older our hormone levels drop and reduce our sexual drive.
Secondly, if you are a porn hound (like I am) and PCC everyday. Your GF has no chance to satisfy you. Your libido (aka lust) is already sated and unless you're dating a world class supermodel, your GF has no chance to compete against porn actresses. Also if you PCC too frequently - there is no chance whatsoever to cum properly with your GF. You have already shot your best bullets. Abstain from PCC and Porn at least several days before you session with your GF.
Thirdly, are you taking any medicines like painkillers, tranquilizers, anti-depressants or sleeping pills? Do you drink alcohol excessively or take any other substances that might affect your senses? Pain killers and other "downers" will have a significant effect on the sex drive. In fact, I suspect even Panadol might affect your performance. Are you using condoms? What types? Are they too thick or have a numbing gel on them?
