At 22, most guys would only focus on their looks/appearance/sweet talk, because at that age, that's probably the only thing they could offer/being expected of them. And if you go for girls of your age, their demands would probably still be similar/within reach by guys your age.

Now, you have the choice to either follow the crowd, or offer something else better?

And btw, reduce your masturbating, it's bad for your energy level and bad for your brains either. Use the energy to be more productive in your life. Seriously.
