Though we are not paying super high price for all these, we are still the customers after all. It's always a plus point for the OKT to be more friendly. They are seeking money, we are seeking pleasure, win-win situation. So what for at times be hostile and who knows might cause resentment with each other. There are some un-cought OKTs, but the nice ones also exist. That's why i frequent 1612 when I go for the 150 category in GL, because the OKT Tommy is very friendly. even though have not patron his place for 2 years, he still say hi and joke with me when he see me having my supper in GL. This is what I call, good service.
