The best solution, is to have a frank talk to let your gf understand that you have sexual needs that needs constant satisfaction.
Women usually under-estimate the amount of sex that a man really need. To a woman, if she can maybe "give in" to him 80% of the time with the average of maybe once a week then it should be "enough"
That false belief, I think, is the single biggest factor why a man looks outside for variety. Simply put, if a man's balls are not constantly being milked and emptied then he isn't having enough sex.
