ya same too. half pill, heart pounding. Got once i fucked so hard i thought i will die because i felt my heart pounding so heavily.
Not as old as you but i got some heart defect from birth.
In fact they advised me to take quarter pill. But i always took half, no more no less. Alcohol could worsen the heart pounding.
Dizziness was usual even without alcohol, but heart not beating as hard.
