Even theres bit barrier for the ML, but i never get rejected at all of the MP. But if come to FL or home based massage, mostly strict to chinese only. That's from my experience. Don't know if nowadays captain in front only allow chinese only for VIP spa. My experience was on 2014-2018 period.
