If you read the article, and look at the photos, they are not showing huge tanks of laughing guess, but in fact whipping cream chargers. This is the DIY hack. Easily available at any baking shop.

You should not however, directly release the gas into your mouth. The pressurisation will burst your lungs and airway. What you need is to get a whipping cream cracker, which punctures the charger in a controlled manner, and you should release it into balloons, where you can then inhale from the balloons. https://www.lazada.sg/products/meet-...417856692.html

On a cost basis, 1 charger has 8grams of nitrous oxide pressurised, which is suppose to fill 50 small balloons, and it costs 90cents. Some addicts can use up to 100 chargers in a day, because of the very very very short term high that the nitrous oxide gives.
