I think this is Summer Oscar Inn in USJ 1 which the girls are taken from Boutique Hotel Puchong, Oscar Inn Sunway and Holiday Villa Subang as there the same owner. Damage if I'm not mistaken is RM208.
I wonder is this OKT Ah Soon promoting the place as I've known he got transfered over to this new Mini Spa.
