Singapore is a capitalist Democracy, but with a touch of socialism that explains for mandatory CPF contributions from employers & HDB homes for everyone, unlike other capitalist nations that left citizens in slums such as India, Philippines, etc.
Singapore, a democracy? That`s hilarious. Singapore is not a faux democracy. It is authoritarian state. Socialist? What a joke. Singapore helps itself to the people`s tax monies. No other country keeps increasing cost of living every 2 years. CPF? Last time, say can take out all at 55, then now take out month by month after 65 and increase the minimum sum. 50% of the populace can`t even hit the minimum sum at retirement.

Singapore is not socialist in any way. It is a neo-liberal economic system and is fundamentally extremely authoritarianistic. Take $50 from you and then give back $5 one-off so you don`t feel you are being fleeced and milked like a cow. Listen and follow. Do, don`t talk. You can that a democracy? Political bullying and character assassination is what you always see.

Geylang is no longer returning. The plan is to clean it out. OKTs are not returning. They have lost a lot of money and now living off their savings. Some have returned to hawking and doing small business like food and massage. Singapore is not a free economy. Most jobs here are controlled by one entity you know who. In fact, slighty more than 70% of jobs are gahmen controlled liao.

It`s already more than 2 years already. In a couple of months time, we will likely witness the complete annihilation of the rld that we use to know of. Those days are a fond memory.

So, I raise a cup to you and say: "Gentlemen, cheers! Let`s move on."
