Some precautions to take in the US - remembering THEY are being very cautious as well - they get stung more than clients. Also, leave your wallet and real phone locked in the car. Also best to get a 'Play Phone' - cash prepaid (anonymous) cheap phone you can ditch in case they get busted later and Vice is going thru their phone.
1) Never state the act and the price together. Vice is looking for that specifically. You are asking for company or a date. If at any point below they try to link those words together before you are both already 'engaged', then time to bale (leave).
