My advice still stands.... AVOID SSRIs at all cost. They simply do not work for depression and often make things worse. In fact I would venture as far as to say that they are the biggest scam the pharma industry has ever come up with.
hopefully the patient retains enough cognitive control to opt out loh. some are just a husk of themselves. esp those needing feeding tubes and bladder bags.
