If you are giving money regularly and there is some form of mutual agreement between the two of you, then yes its a sugar baby.
If you are just giving money as and when you like and dependent on your mood... then no...
in Thailand... there is Dek(baby), Gik(Fling), Fan(girlfriend), Mia(wife), Mia Noi(small wife)... can get quite confusing 5555
