If u look liked from MIB, the door or entrance will be locked. If they closed for the day, there will be a grey metal shutter that cover the entrance. You see nothing.

If it is open for business, u press the small push button next to the glass door entrance.

Sometimes, even open, no one at the recep counter to open the door but that do not happen too often, so press the small push button.
