It's basically an open street with shop houses where girls sit in there and the mama-san will invite you to come in. It's pretty much a do and get out place, so don't expect any GFE. Sessions are 20mins, 30mins, 40mins up to an hour, but some places offer 15mins if you ask.

Closest station is Dobutsuen-Mae station on the subway. If I remember right, exit 2 is the closest, and then a very short distance from there is a shopping arcade (should be on the right, or specifically, South). Go along the arcade for some distance. If you're going at night, most shops will probably be closed, you'll just hear some karaoke with old Jap songs along the way. About halfway along the arcade (a bit after you pass a large supermarket on your right), take a left (that's East) on to a rather brightly lit street and that's it.
