Qwerky, interested in what kind of Customer Service this agent provides. There are always bad girls and disgruntled clients time to time, but the good agents try make the client happy, instead of 'making excuses'. Please let me know if this Agent try to make it up, or just provide empty promise 'for next time' with no refund or solid commitment.
