It's fine if you do not accept non-Chinese speaking customers, but to outrightly curse your customer for not being able to speak Chinese is a red flag for me.
Some spas I've been to that had no English capable person at the counter would actually put in the effort to find another staff that can speak English to accommodate me and some just simply said "No English". The latter doesn't really bother me though, I can just find another spa instead of wasting each other's time.
