If you can get hard through masturbation, then highly likely your problem is in the mind or too much porn. I once visited a specialise doctor through some polyclinic referral and i address my issue of being able to get hard through masturbation but semi-hard unable to penetrate for sex or go limp during the act even if i managed to enter. He immediately dismisses my concern without explaining much and ask me to exercise, stop watching porn, masturbation and alcohol then abruptly ended the consultation making it seems like some nonsense without further check/follow up (waited for like 2 weeks for the appointment but consultation only lasted 2-3min haha).
