I know that the stables have changed the links.... maybe you can try and see which ones still accept newbies.

Eg . Fiwfans/MMS is now massage&spa/xxxxxx;
Fiwfans/sideline is now Kixxymxx/xxxxx; etc

Unfortunately whenever some avenue became too popular and clamped down by authorities it will never recover to its former glory.

And no one will be so courageous enough as to replicate the previous ecosystem in such an open manner as it will eventually be hammered down again.
