Blacklist for entering Singapore?

Hi all.

I've been in contact with a dome 1 FL whom I visited while she was in Singapore thru her social media and she has since gone back for some time.

Once, I asked her if she wants to come back to Singapore again as a tourist which she then mention that she had some issues when she left.

She was asked to show the chats in her phone and her information was also saved by the ICA officer. She now believes she is in some sort of blacklist and a friend told her she cannot come back to Singapore for a year. She was not explicitly told that she cannot return though.

Do any bros here have any idea what this is all about and whether is there really such a blacklist?

They can be officially blocked from coming into Singapore for a period of time. After that it does not mean they can come in freely. Singapore immigration has the rights to stop them from coming in if they suspect the girls are here for work especially then they do not have hotel bookings, return tickets and sufficient money on hand. Did ur 'friend' save the chats for her work and found out by custom?

I believe she was not officially blocked as she wasn't told about it nor did she get any documentation that states that.

I did tell her she should be fine if she can produce the stuff you mentioned, hotel booking, return flight booking and sufficient money.

She did delete her work chat.

She is lying to you...she was caught during her working illegally and deported...reason why ICA had her phone records...the blacklist maybe 3 to 5 yrs and depends...

No ICA will not check phone records of normal tourists...

When she was caught not immediately deport...she will be issued white card pending investigation... then she may still working...until ICA asked her to report and buy tickets to go back... she may be escorted to gate...

This is incorrect. Many MLs are checked and have their fingerprints taken when they are leaving for good. The ICA officers would randomly select them for thorough checks (actually, they pick these ladies out for check based on their experience - e.g. the ML came on a social visit pass and extend her stay in Singapore and is leaving unaccompanied, which are tell-tale signs that they were working girls). Several MLs I know managed to remain safe for close to 60 days while providing massage services, but got checked and fingerprinted, even though they had deleted all their contacts/correspondences with their customers. These MLs who had their fingerprints taken while leaving Singapore never managed to apply for passes to enter Singapore again.

Did they actually get turned away when they arrived in Singapore?
I thought all visitors will have their fingerprints recorded anyway when they arrived.

The two processes are different. The first is routine SOP for visitors to a foreign land; the second is to enter the individual's fingerprints into some form of blacklisting database. You should check with your ML friend whether she had her fingerprints taken during departure after the check. If her fingerprints were taken during departure, then in all likelihood, she probably can't come again. If no fingerprinting during departure, then she probably can apply for a pass to visit Singapore again.

She is a FL in Dome 1 as you had mentioned. You are too close emotionally. This is affecting your ability to think rationally. Why does it matter so much if she can come back? Always take what they say with a huge pinch of salt.

If a foreigner comes to SG, does not stay in a hotel, extends her visa for 1 month after the first month, has no local sponsor, is young and pretty... these are all tell tale signs for our police.

I had a PRC Fl who said she is barred from SG. Had to buy a return ticket immediately. She spent 4 months in SG for 1 calendar year and they didn't allow her in for her next trip.
