Why the plunge in women's sex drive after marriage & child birth?

Hopefully the sisters here in sbf can advise further on the topic. And perhaps share how did they regain their sex drive (provided if they did)? Or some bros who had succesful attempts with their missus (but guess close to none, otherwise this forum wouldnt even exist).

Getting sick of Mrs Right and trying to avoid subcontracting it out with commercial deals or fwb (havent been lucky with a fwb though).

I understand the fatigue of taking care and bringing up from a baby to a toddler. But i have my needs even though i am shagged as fuck too with work, chores and also sharing the burden of child care. Is it only a man's thing to be so sexually needy? We used to be very adventurous and the mutual sex drive was great. But dwindled down after marriage and became worse after childbirth (once every 1 to 3 months). She doesnt even enjoy cunnilingus as before, which i totally enjoy giving. Asked her and she said she feels its dirty or she just doesnt like it.

Hope to hear some remedies before i going to award subcontracts for long term (look for fwb) or short term (commercial deals) workscopes.
