I am a newbie to Batam. Would be making a trip there on this Fri (02/05) till Sun (04/05). Any bros happen to be staying in Formosa Hotel, we can meet up there. I should be reaching at ard 5pm Batam time. Was planning to go to sedona to select girl, but dont know whether is it too late to visit the joint. Any seniors can advise on this?

Actually,not that grand,base on the photos given by agoda.com
i pass by the hotel twice...from appearance,it's a bit on the rundown side but for the price,should be pretty ok for short time even if one is paying for overnight.

Nope,no surveillance camera inside room,but there are some outside the room and it happen one of them is direct to the door of my room.

Hi ,broChivas...i am not going to Batam on your stated date...but if you don't mind me saying,if you go on weekends and at 5pm,i doubt you will see any girls left in sedona unless you already have regular girls there that are pre-booked by yorself. Applies to all other joints too.
Recommended time to arrive in Batam is 12pm on weekends.

Hi Bro Ddamn,i not working for formosa la...i was searching for an internet cafe and couldn't find a decent one during my 2nd trip,so i try to borrow from Formosa and their internet speed also sux big time,so i speed it up for them and chance upon their survellaince camera connection...hehehe...

Stayed on the 2nd lvl, formosa last trip (december), internet was decent, whatapps and fb only, never try to stream any videos etc.

i knew about my own case becos i was watching nearly the whole scenario the whole time from a safe distance. I also find out later thru out the whole scene ,my bag aka belonging was left untouched. I position my bag & belongings in a way that if anyone touches it,i will know and there are 500k rupiah in it.
So in my case,i have no chance to reject that girl becos of her honesty. When i am back to room,without me asking she did tell me what she did saying she was hungry and her story matches what i see.

Hi bro Psam,thank you for finding the guide helpful. If there is an award for Batam Tourism,it should be given to the seniors here cos the guides you read are made up mostly from the consolidated info from this thread contributed by many seniors. For myself,i think i am only good theoretically when giving advise,but when come to physical real thing in Batam,i may still be a handicap. (in other word,i talk very clever but during physically situation can be like shit...lol)
According to this thread which i read somewhere before,i believe you can book the girl and ask her to come to yr hotel later. As for the timing,you might wish to discuss it with the girl and the OKT since you already made advance payment.
For me,if i am in your scenario ,i might consider booking a 2nd hotel room from a 1 star hotel to house the girl if i am "busy" in my 1st Formosa hotel. 1st star hotel usually cost less than S$25. And i think i did a write up on two 1 star hotel which is abt a min walk away from formosa few pages ago. Then again, i will only do 2nd room booking if OKT don't allow to send my girl at my required timing .
