Back to room,its all free easy.Breakfast is planned at 9am the next morning. Yea,its the hotel FREE breakfast as we are technically broke from splurging on shopping yesterday.Back from the Kroepoek Food Hall dinner and after resting a bit, I brought my girl up to Kings for an hour of massage while i had foot reflexology,hehehe...no special service for me,even tho the girls will still pop the GQ,hehehe...

Somewhere after i came back from massage around 11pm+,i received another PM from another bro who arrived in Batam during noontime to Formosa.Went down to lobby to meet up with him and i called bro CN down too,had a drink and chit chat at the lobby sitting area a little before heading back to our respective room. We walk into a building w/o actually knowing the building name...lol. We were looking for this Japanese Bento Tei Restaurant. Its 14th May 2015,which is also a public holiday in Indonesia. So no 15% off ...lol.

There was an Amusement park run like a road show in the middle of the mall. And its a public holiday,expect to have lots of people,but looking around the area,apparently there isnt much. The whole of 2nd storey of this building are practically vacant. This is a really big place,if not careful...can get lost...lol.

1st thing we do upon touching down the building,we try to find Bento Tei Restaurant,and we mistook X.O Suki for it. We only realize it when we enter the restaurant and it turn out to be a Steam Boat Restaurant...lol. We left cos its not what we are looking for...

We walked further down from X.O Suki and finally reach Bento Tei,the place we were looking for..hehehe..

I manage to take some photos of their food menu and there are prices in it for your refernce. See,it isnt too expensive and the food tastes real good base on someone like me who eat to live. I am not a Japanese food lover for your info,hehehe...cos most of it are sea food...hehehe...and i cannot take sea food. The non-sea food stuffs are REALLY nice too...lol.

Only one word to describe the food in this restaurant, APPETIZING!! Appetizing in my perspective means one will feel hungrier and wanting for more with each dish being served. Then again,my meat can also be another man's poison. Below pic shows the interior of Bento Tei Japanese Restaurant...

Ok,to me we had a really big lunch and our bill turn out to be only 317k+ for 3 pax.A good tasting meal that filled all of us. After lunch,we head for some shopping at Sunboss departmental store before heading back to hotel at 245pm to check out of room.

We took the 320pm ferry from Harbour Bay back to Sillypore. Honestly,we were already missing Batam and were already starting to look forward for our next month's trip (June 2015).Nope,i already have a concept for my next trip,new things,new places,new food to try out (new girls too...lol),but i wont be making any plans as yet until...hmm....just keep a look out in this thread,hehehe...

Group Trip Rating : 8.5/10

Now to account for all the dollars and cents since this is a group trip with all the new faces and there are some money collected -

The amount the group (and me) pays :

1st night,1+4 person = 100k/each = 500k

2nd night,1+2 person = 100k/each = 300k

Total : 800k collected (including myself)

Unreliable driver payment : 300k/night ,2 nights total : 600k
(we hit more than 12 point to point travel,to and fro each day/night)
1.Money changer, 2. Kaha, 3. Hotel, 4. 7 joints, 5. shopping, 6. Lunch, 7. Dinner, 8. Supper, 9. back to Hotel x 3 , 10. back to Harbour Bay

Unreliable driver's meals and cigarettes per day: about 50k/day,total : about 100k (by me)

Someone check out of room w/o paying for the in-room bar counter items taken by their girls and i have to clear them on the last day at approximately around 100k (by me). This is a mistake made by the receptionist who are very very new. According to them they actually forget to charge or charge wrongly during the previous check out,so the final bill falls on me. I could choose not to pay tho but well,its small money and i dont wish to argue as i am rushing for the ferry but will definitely give them a piece of my mind in my next trip.

Receptionist/Misc tipping : 90k for 3 days (by me)

Total damages : 890k
Total amount collected from group (including myself) : 800k

This accounting on the dollar and cents is just to show that i do not make profit from this trip,in fact i fork out an extra 90k. Then again,i do make something out in this trip. I make new friends,good people,those who dont PM me for fun,they are sporting people and dont fly me aeroplane.And i learned from them too.

Organizing trips isnt an easy task,so if you READ my itinerary,READ the date of my trip 1st,do not PM me if the dates are not the days you wish to go,otherwise you are wasting your time and mine.

Below are some key things bros here may wish to know before you start PM-ing me.

1. I dont organize trips to Batam on weekends.And i dont organize group trips every month.

2. I dont use wechat/MSN/QQ or any multimedia communication device or smart phone communication apps.

3. I do not reveal name/s or phone number/s in most cases.

4. I dont really trust people unless we met before or i already know you in the Batam thread.

5. Please read my group trip's Terms and Conditions 1st before PM-ing me an intro of yourself.

6. Basically most of my knowledge on Batam are already on my signature.

7. I get to choose who comes and who dont on my trips as there are only limited slots.

8. My aim is to learn and enjoy Batam. If you have other things in mind,stay away.

Thanks to bro nono... I'm a super new member to this forum as I just join today and I read all information that you provide and decide to venture to batam today...

Am staying at Formosa now with a buddy of mine..

Here's my FR for today

Reached batam via harbour bay at 1215 Indonesia time and take a taxi to Formosa, once check in den proceed tohave a quick lunch at A&W and bought some beer to chill at hotel..

At 2pm my friend and I venture out to look for girls at dynasty but there's not much choices available..suddenly got a taxi offer to bring us to other joints which he show us the joints name cards which include bunga massage and new berry.. Ask him how much the ride he quoted 50k managed to haggle down to 40k and off we go... But first place we reached is a joint called Flamboyan massage which I just saw on your latest post so we went in to have a look.. Price ranged from 600k to 1 juta so we think quite good deal and select the girl from there as too lazy to go look at other joint..

The girls together with us went back to hotel, do the sop,bath us den have the first shot out,after that watch tv together and after a while another round fired.
By that time already is ard 8pm so we went out for dinner with my girl and my friend and also jio the driver but friend girl did not join as she is sleeping...den bad things happen after we went back hotel as my friend girl went missing.. So my friend proceed to call the joint but die Liao... No answer ...and my girl tell us to call our driver to tell him what happen and the driver came to our hotel and told us what happen..

The joint was closed due to operation, the OKT all Kenna up the lorry with the girls inside the joint.. So my friend dun believe.. Together with my girl, my friend and the driver proceed to check again.. After 10 mins they came back with my girl crying and my friend confirm the place was shut down and the girl said she had no more place to go so now the girl is staying with me den tomorrow go back and see what happen next...

So this is day one of my trip... Quite a miss IMO.. But I am still staying for another 2 nights... So lets see what will happen...

Yea,imagine a robber his size making away with the entire safe deposit box. In Batam,i check most of the safe deposit box (the hotel room my frens stayed in),they are usually screwed onto Walls. Which means you will need to open the safe to unscrew the screws before one can make away with the box,hehehe...

Usually if i wish to knock out a tile,i only choose those that are hollow by knocking,meaning you will need to knock at the tiles 1st,feel that it is hollow on the other side before you cut the tiles. For bath room tiles that are shown on the pic,they are usually stick on using water proof glue,so it is easy to cut open. Yes,10 secs or shorter time needed to cut the glue.

No point to cut tiles that are cemented on the other side becos you cant put anything in if they are not hollow. Knock a bit on the tiles to feel the sound to see if its hollow on the other side.

End of the day,just put the tiles back w/o gluing. It wont falls out.

Some information on record on BC Billiard Centre Pubs and KTV. Their minimum Room charge is 2 mil for large room,1.5 mil for middle sized room and 1 mil for small room. That means if you spend on drinks (beer,wine,liquor) of above 2 mil ,large room is free and likewise for middle and small room.

Back to hotel,then to room,everything is rather SOP from here on until we meet for breakfast the next morning at 9am.
