hi all, newbies here

can somebudy tell me if my hotel is at novotel batam, which ferry terminal in batam should i heading? which ferry company got sell the tix?

how should i get to town from novotel when i m in batam?

Ferry Terminal : Batu Ampar - Harbour Bay
To Town : Nagoya/Jodoh - 5 min or less
Taxi - Novotel hotel - charge about Rps30k (one way) / outside taxi Rps20k (if not familiar at all in Batam best is take hotel taxi)

Batu Ampar ferry terminal to Novotel (which is in Batu Ampar locality) should be maximum 10,000 if truely generous 15,000.

If light luggage, ojeck 3-5k will get you there too!

But, if kiasi then pay 30k by hotel taxi la.

so if you wana get a nice cewek, better go early

Hi...can BtmMan or any lau jiaos help me with this question? I plan to visit Batam next year between 5-10 Feb to avoid the Chinese New Year here. Will there be a shortage of ceweks in Batam due to overcrowding during this period or would there be many available becoz everyone celebrating the holidays at home? Any other advice for me if I wish to visit during that period?? Thks in advance for any reply....

There will also be a lot of others with the same plan for the CNY holidays. Best is to pre-arranged if you have/know any regular cewek/joints. Otherwise just have to come early to avoid disappointment.

Thanks for the reply BtmMan...Chinese New Year is on 7th (Thu) & 8th (Fri)...I intend to leave for Batam on 5th (Tue)...Can I beat the crowd? Haven't been to Batam for donkey years...but have read from the thread that places like sedona etc can get girls..guess I'll have to explore again myself...
