My virgin trip to batam 4D3N, dunno their culture and rejected the 1st girl and on the 3rd days I booked her back.. to compensate her on my rudeness, behaviour and altitude, the next day I tipped her 500K++...
2nd trip 3D2N, I booked the same ceweks again but I only tipped her 150K per days.
Next trip, to cut lose , just tipp my cewek 50K will do, if those can't make it just tipped her 10K for her to take ojek back.

Bad sevice shoud be punished not rewarded, must set precedents, otherwise really spoil market .........

If you worry tipping ceweks too much will spoil the market, I doubt it. I don't think they go around bragging to others how much tip they get. My cewek told me money got stolen in the joint so the last thing they want to do is revealing to other ceweks how much they have.
