Wavemaster is...to me, a fucked up operator. The only operator that demand "surcharge" for cancellation or change of departure times. Anytime Batamfast take over their slot at haborbay, I welcome them.

Only Prima Ferries serving Harbour Bay will be definitely a nightmare for everybody!
How can all the people who was travelling without hassle till last week find a place on only 12 trips per day? Imagine the weekends?? How long before one will have to book? and if he misses a ride?
Also, since the price is not regulated and there is only one operator, they will be free to raise fares at their wish, especially on holidays.

I would like to read some reports of people who traveled this weekend about their quality of experience. In particular:
How punctual? Were the rides on time or delayed?
How difficult was to find a seat without booking in advance? How much in advance? The booking service is efficient?
With Wavemaster, I never had a problem of these kinds.

Like that better go sekupang or batam center. At least got pacific ferry and batamfast in sekupang or batamfast and sindo in batam centre. I prefer sekupang. Shorter journey to Sg.

I was at batam on the last weekend, and planning to go back on Sunday. Ask the hotel staff to call Prima and book the slot for 15:00 but was told the line always busy. So went to the counter at 12:00, but was told only 19:30 slot avaiable, suck..... and only have 7 seat left. Pianzzz have to wait 7.5 hours. So decicide to extend another night and at the same time get the boarding pass for the next day.

Prima phone booking must improve or else pple atsrt to go batam centre as the stopping point. My view only. cheers...

Wah bro orang jawa shit startin back again like the time wen only wave master was around in harbor bay fck tot of goin dec if tis continue will have to plan only weekday trips not weekends cos if weekends u might as well forget bout goin back to spore on sun nite. But if dis continue less sporean goin btm u think cewek Price will drooppped hehehe

I agree .... How can liked that the prima service like that... Really jialat.... Very hassle if want to go to harbour bay only got prima.... Not like wave master leh.... Thumbs down for prima.....
