How are you? Sorry to pester you - I just need some advice.
I will be coming I singapore for only 3 days, and will be going to batam for a day, but I'm traveling alone, would it be safe? And what are he best spots to find the girls? As I will be there literally for 24 hours, and would like I know the do's and dont's, prices etc. are there reliable people there I can ask for guidance, someone who can take me to these places? And not get cheated?

Any advice is much appreciated - your post was quite informative already. Just a bit nervous on going there alone.

How are you? Sorry to pester you - I just need some advice.
I will be coming I singapore for only 3 days, and will be going to batam for a day, but I'm traveling alone, would it be safe? And what are he best spots to find the girls? And as for how to get to Batam today,you may wish to refer to my signature that says , Beginner's Walk-Through Guide for 1st Time Batam Visitor. Its written by me after my virgin trip last year to Batam,but the procedure to go there is still pretty much the same today since it is only less than 1 year old.Even the Ferry price remains no change. Information i have here in this post are just the most basic,so if you need more information,you will need to flip thru a little in pages on both the Balai thread and this Batam Info thread.

Decided to pay Batam a visit after a long time, from 20th to 21st Jan. Thanks to all the tips provided by all the experienced bros here. My first experience, although not the best, hope to try again soon. Stayed at Triniti Hotel hoping to try their massage but unfortunately all their facilities, except for wifi, are under renovation.

Walked to Harmoni hotel to have a look at blue moon and moon delight but too many guys around so got on an ojek to utama area. Got a massage at Chinatown Massage, good massage, so-so FJ, bordering on poor.

Price breakdown of my trip:

Deluxe Rm Triniti Hotel: $38
Return ferry ticket: $38
Return taxi fare from BTC to hotel: 140,000rp
Lunch (Nagoya Mall): 50,000rp (they have offer some meals on offer from 11am to 5pm at only 8,800rp! But I was really hungry so had to eat more :P)
Coffee break at Godiva: 27,000rp
A bit of shopping: 100,000rp
Massage + FJ: 450,000rp
Ojek from Harmoni Hotel to Utama area: 15,000rp
Ojek from Utama area back to Triniti: 20,000rp
Dinner in hotel (lazy to go out): 117,000

Total spent: close to $180 everything-in for 2D1N, for some reason, i prefer to get a massage+service instead of having a cewek for a night. But who knows, may consider that one day :P

There a Sundanese food makan place populated by workers nearby. It's located near to Gold Bird, so sometimes can catch some golf bird ceweks there. About 25k can eat very full full Liao..

Yeah usually I would eat bubur ayam (chicken porridge) for breakfast whenever I'm there. 5k is without the service charge tho..but its still damn cheap.
