Nevertheless, Horizon ferries are indeed fast and time saving, i would say the ride was worth the price. Especially if you are rushing for time.

Anyways, better don't try and smoke in the Horizon ferry toilets la.. Wait really kena smoke out by the sprinkler system... It's only a 45min ride anyways...

The Egyptian Theme looks pretty neat and its not very expensive hotel to stay in. But CNY prices are crazily high...lol. Setback is ,its closer to Batam center than Nagoya.

I am still a Formosa Hotel Fan...lol. If Formosa isnt available,my next choices will be either Pacific or Goodway.

Yea,i saw that in my last trip too. When i enter the toilet,there was so much cig ashes inside the toilet bowl and floors. Maybe next time i can try too...lol.(*joking* - maybe bring an umbrella in as well...lol) I think other than being a No Smoking ferry,the Horizon Ferry is pretty much better than the rest of the other ferries.

Hmm...now this is puzzling. Wondering how you end up with 500k fj. Maybe becos you go Batam during weekends where demand is more than supply.I usually go during weekdays.

The muslim fren who is with me is the one who got the SYT fj for 250k and my case is a 150k hj plus 50k tips becos she does a good bbbj + BM + allowing full roaming for me and she's syt too,so dont wish to under pay her as i am going to rtf via my hotel room in future trips to Batam.

The details - I was offered S$50 for fj initially when she learn that i am 1st time in Batam.(i was bluffing) Then i bargained the fj of S$50 to 300k rupiah,telling her yesterday i go other massage shops also not so expensive but later change my mind to just having a hj which i was quoted 200k(hj).Then after a bit more bargaining,we agree at 150k/hj but she ask if i want bbbj + BM,and i say ok if its 150k,and she tell me if she is good can tip her more...and in general,i find her above average due to the long time bbbj mixed with the hj she does and she's allowing top/bottom roaming. So end of session i gave her another 50k + 150k for the HJ. We were still talking (chicken and duck talk due to language barrier) even after session and i bought her a can of Red Bull at 10k/can.

For the Muslim bro,i saw him paying when we are all going out of room together,so i ask him how much and what service he got. He says 250k all in with fj. Entrance fee of 140k with 1.5 hr massage was paid at counter when we reach entrance after our massage. Thanks to the Muslim bro with me who help with the translation (i dont speak Bahasa/Malay),the girls were still chatting with us for a while at the counter before we left to meet up the other bro who is shopping at Nagoya Hill Mall.

Our unreliable driver also relate an experience where one of his local driver colleague got a fj at 50k from a new girl (girl new to Batam) not in the massage joint we are at sometime ago. It involves a lot bull shitting and trickery between his colleague and the masseur which i believe most Sillyporean would feel too disgusted to even think about using the same trick.To me,its bullying.

Hi folks, had no time to report on my 10/01 trip till now

Took a 8am ferry to habourbay, got a driver to bring me around for cewek after check in to Formosa. Went to opposite for money changer (the money changer nearest to the food stall at the left handside), the staff is a chinese syt, sian her a bit but not much reaction, guess she is used to it...... Driver suggested start to tour for cewek around 11am, I thought it would be a bit later ald as I remember the last time I visited batam few years back, only dinasour would be left over by 10am but surprisingly most of the joints still weren't prepared by the time I reached. Papi said mostly open at 12 nowadays. Hopped for few joints with limited stocks to be chosen, mostly with cewek cmi. Finally given up & went for bah kut teh lunch.

After lunch told driver that I just head to bluemoon (or moonlight I can't remember which is which, I always visit both when I am there). I was amazed that they now have fish tank to pick cewek. Managed to pick at 1 juta & to be picked up at 5pm(desperate liao, bobian), & proceed with my massage & body scrub at vip room. The chinese uncle at there which some bros mentioned is the boss from what the cewek told me, & the indo lady sitting at reception is the wife. My massuer is not a syt so there isn't anything to report.

Next morning, went for a walk towards Nagoya Mall to search for Delta Spa as I read some FR at here. Didn't expect it to be such a luxirious spa. There is jogging track & big bathing pool at 1st storey. Lady staff as what drink I would like to have knn thought the drink is free. After the room is ready she lead me to the room which is at level 3. A syt was sitting with 'japanese posture' waiting inside (kind of a turn on). Decorations are way high end than those that I have been to in batam, there is a bathtub inside. As usual, I act virgin / 1st time to massage to create fun, the massuer giggled as she asked me to take off everything & lie down. I chose the mud therapy, she bathed me after applying the mud for a while. Then proceed to massage & without alarm, she performed HDLY. Turned around & I act shy covering my didi. She giggled & caressed my didi while removing my hands, & continue to HJ b4 massaging front body. HJ took quite a while because I'm immune to fast stroke lol, so I requested to touch her neneh. She allowed touching but not allowed neneh to be exposed out.
She asked for tips while massaging but at the end I forgot to give her when I left. After massage she showered me again.

If only they could actually build the hotel close to a shape of a Pyramid,it would have been most awesome!!

Unfortunately,it looks more like Castlevania during night time from a video game,where all the badazz vampires lives...lol. Nonetheless,a hotel with an exotic theme at below S$40 is definitely worth a night stay. (also they wont stop you from bringing "mummy" from joints inside room...lol.)

They also have this "Case Trust" thingy which i dont know how it gonna work in Batam...lol. Sorry,bro...cant help saying this,whenever i see the "Case Trust" logo,it means its unlikely to be value for my money (just personal point of view),hehehe....

Reviews from Trip advisor shows an average of about 5/10 rating whereas booking.com shows a recent 6.6/10.

It is a nice looking hotel. Unfortunately the location is at Batam Centre..so a bit of a distance to Nagoya.
I spoke to a taxi driver and was told the locals dont like this hotel becos of the many statues and figurines...to the muslim majority of Batam residents it denotes idol worship and therefore an evil place. It wont bother most visitors but maybe..maybe some girls will refuse to stay there.

This place is far away from Nagoya. Not that visitor friendly as well. There is a Harris hotel nearer to the Mega Mall complex.

Batam Centre is quite dead, when they tried to shut down Batu Ampar( now harbour bay), years ago, hoping to raise Batam Centre as the main tourist destination, and shifting of all gov offices to Batam Centre, it did not work. Tourist still flock to Nagoya n Jodoh.
