Talk about K-Mart,if unnecessary,i will try to not to buy anything from there. Their things are a little higher in price in most mini mart and super mart. The good about K-Mart is they are running 24 hours a day. That makes them a convenience store in Batam for the night owl.

I didnt know the Rhino mineral water bottle and the Can version is from the same company. Both taste differently, and the bottle version is known to cool down one from heatiness, eg from eating too much fried/grill food,body feverish hot but not yet to the level of fever.

By the way,i believe Mc is 24 hour in Batam,but how about KFC? Or if there is any other Fast Food Restaurant other than Mc that operates 24 hour delivery? Sorry for the many questions,these are just extra optional information which i find that it will be good to know.

The nicest Apple is original sold to the residents of Batam for S$1 under normal circumstance. Exact same apple is constantly inflated to between S$1.50 to S$2 for tourist,and/or even at S$3+ for the more highly egoistic person who might think the same thing he/she pays S$3+ for is nicer (or at least feels more superior) than the S$1 Apple sold to the local residents,hehehe....me,speaking as an individual tourist touring Batam wishes to pay S$1 for that Apple and will constantly seek to pay lower than the price of S$1 whenever possible,hehehe.... Thats my definition of Value for my Money,hehehe....(note:i am comparing base on the "exact" same apple here)

- Atalanta Spa (can FJ or HJ)
- Octopuss Spa in Pacific Hotel (can FJ or HJ)
- Delta Spa (only HJ)

Between Atalanta & Octopuss, Octopuss is the newer spa with slighter better facilities.

Yea,a handful of us would believe you have spend quite a bit for your transportation becos you happen to stay in the BEST of the BEST Hotel Resort in Batam (in my perspective). At least you get to enjoy the very very very personal in-room swimming pool in your own room itself with no outsiders and the super comfortable palace-looking bedroom that comes with a stand-alone bath tub...not forgetting you also have your very own personal Sun Tanning area,complete with bedding sofa in it while admiring the Sunset/Sunrise with Sea viewing scenery,hehehe....the feel of that place should be almost like Heaven on Earth? (at least it is for me,hehehe...)

I see,i see...so you guys are being "stalked",hehehe...actually ,thank you for reminding me that taxi drivers (supir) and motorcyclist (ojek) in Batam have the tendency to STALK customer/s who are approaching certain massage places or booking joints. The shops pays these guys (supir/ojek) commissions to bring customers in. So some of them from time to time was hoping a "durian" will drop (auto-money going to them w/o spending effort),hehehe...

In other word,if you enter into these places with supir/ojek,it also means you are likely to be paying a higher price and/or unbargainable price. At times in some joints,price on the menu can be 100k,but if you bargain and complain the price too expensive,they can sometime reduce the price here and there. Yes,even if there is a menu ,price can sometime be bargained down,or the other scenario is that the service or item has no menu pricing at all.They just quote me a PRICE by looking at me (to see if i look stupid or silly enough),hehehe...and some Silly people from Silly land will just take it that its the "normal" price and pay. The lesser-silly however will try bargaining but if they go in with supir or ojek,usually the price will either be FIXED or the amount that can be bargain downward will not be as low as w/o the supir/ojek.

Just hope to clarify this as i have almost completely forgotten this untold culture in Batam becos i will naturally bargain for almost everything,hehehe...

Can I check with you, Sedona location is around Batam Star hotel or Lai lai hotel. if I take ojek, can I stop at goodway hotel. I abit confuse with the direction. Going this wed & thur to explore the joint. Thanking you in advance.

Dont stop at Goodway Hotel,drop at either Lai Lai or Batam Star. Batam Star and Lai Lai is just beside each other.

What i do was :

1 Reach Lai Lai/Batam Star Hotel,direct cross opposite a block and walk 1 round.

2. Then cannot find just cross opposite again the NEXT block again and walk another round.

3. Sure almost 100% can see Gold Bird KTV,otherwise ask around for Golden Bird KTV.

Total time taken inclusive of searching + walking round the 2 blocks is about 15 mins at most.
