Hi Bros, bit off topic here, but for most of us who drink a little too much, below is some stuff that can ward off liver issues, they work as they have help my dad recover from cancer THREE times:-

1) TURMERIC - those yellow-orange stuff that Indians chew in their mouths; very similar is CURCUMIN (old yellow ginger) - grind them into fine bits, pour boling water and drink the water after.

2) TOMATOES - do not underestimate this vege, eat raw, not cooked.

3) NONI - this is harder to get, its more common cousin the SOURSOP works well too, eat raw as far as possible.

4) BEETROOT - this purplerish vege is super detox agent.

5) LEMONGRASS - Thais will know this miracle grass well, also detox agent.
