The best is to head immediately to a steam bath after an oil massage and better still if it's done with essential oil. Good for your skin and tone but not much of an option in most MP joints except those spa clubs..not referring to those gay clubs i have to qualify. But again, is that what you are looking for? Rub and bonk i suppose and me so
