I use Western Union... but try not to go post office as their fees is $5 dollars extra !!!

for me I go to Lucky Chinatown , 211 New Bridge Road 059432 the fee is $10 only

The minimum fees to pay is $20 ... For a sum of x dollars. After that x dollars category, it's no longer $20.

I thought western union all the while is S$20 and for Singpost it is different. Western Union $10 only? I thought it is moneygram
