When i first met my wife, she also go `hang water' sometimes. I often wonder what's wrong with her. But when i asked her, she says that she feels giddy sometimes and feels that her heart is weak. After being with her for sometimes, then i realised that she doesn't have enuff nutrition, so need to go `hang water' to get nutrition. After she takes better food for the past few years, she doesn't have this problem now. Not sure if your gal is the same problem

Its gastric and fever.... but come to think of it, also nutrition problem lah.. see they way they eat, there will come to a stage where they lack nutrition

Recently when i was at jurong point with my family, my wife met two vietnamese ladies working for a lingere shop. One has been in Singapore for over 8 years while the other has just been here for less than 3 years. Both are married to singaporean man. One thing in common is that both ladies speak mandarin, cantonese and some english. For bros who are hoping that their future viet spouse be able to contribute to their family income, its good to keep a look out for viet gals who speaks english, mandarin etc, languages useful for working in Singapore context

i think living in sg we need the income frm both...i admit tt i m nt super rich and even support wife if she is not workin mayb abit prob...very tight budget...bt if lets say my "future wife" who is a viet if she is workin i wuld b very happy tt she keep all tt she earn and i juz take care of the household income....thus i think learning english or chinese is very impt

Bear in mind that SG men always hv the mentality that viet gals r easy targets, and think majority of the viets r WL.

IMHO allowing ur viet spouse to work r not without its problems. the problems i can thk of they may got molested, or been mistaken as WL, always been pestered to go hotel to make love.

I hv ever saw a viet gal working in provision shop, but the shop r been owned by her husband, so i thk it has not much problem.

i hv a classmate that hv a viet wife. he only earn $1800 a month, his wife is not working. my classmate still can manage.

Is not about how much a person earn, is about how much a person can save and spend less.

Got 1 buddy, earned about 1.2K a month as air-con servicing man, last time, now boss earning >5K a month, signed up 1 insurance policy paid yearly about $2K !!! Paid 1 time per year !. Got another one, working in bank, a grad, 1 simple policy only pay $100 per month and paid by month somemore.

This is the biggest problem of normal singaporeans. When people know that my wife is a viet, they will ask me how much i spend to buy her for marriage. Very often, i will tell the person in a stern manner that not all viet spouses in singapore are `bought'. When i ventured into Vietnam some years ago, people say that i `siao'. They ask me why i venture into a war torn country. Now, many years later, they ask me if got opportunities for them to do business in Vietnam. I don't think we should care about what others say, if they want to say, just let them say. Only those that keep staying on this small island and have no knowledge of other countries will make such stupid comments.

Those are very typical Sillyporean lah, we all should ignore and ignore their request for doing business in viet.

Normally, they want us to go ahead and do it, and if we failed, they would say "Wind Cold Words" see see, that who who who never listen and lost so much money. If we succeed, they will then say "Got lobang , we all share leh"

Same as China, when Sillyporean, being naive then, got cheated and >90% failed and came back penniless in the 90s, now sillyporean keep asking "got lobang bo?"

No Unity and Selfish, damn scare sharing. Got 1 friend, told him about 1 idea, simple and was new for China but was nothing new everywhere. He told me "what if someone copy?" i almost vomit blood. 2 years later, MLM is all over china main cities

Whereas TW and HK ppl, we all can see how they operate, unselfishly and united. If they got to know 1 countryman open 1 store, say TW sausage, they will go buy some to support.

Even small thing like taking driving test in china, TW ppl will go in group of min 3!

If Sillyporean, i bet they would ask " we all Sillyporean, got discount boh?"

i also thought of going overseas, e.g. wartorn country or 3rd world country, to do some biz. be it opening a grocery store or a trading company.
